MONEX SAE 40 Ideal monograde engine oils that are designed for the general use of all types of passenger and commercial vehicles (with normally aspirated or turbo charged diesel engines). The monograde engine oils are not suitable for all-year usage, therefore they have to be changed according to the season and temperature conditions. For example we recommend SAE 10
for winter conditions, SAE 40 for summer conditions and SAE 50 for extremely hot climates.
